This delicious fruity flapjacks recipe is ideal if you only have small amounts of raisins and other ingredients. I'll also talk about substitutes you can use.

This week, we've been working on de-cluttering the kitchen cupboards as part of a Spring clean.
We started on the pots and pans, tupper ware, then the baking cupboard.
Who doesn't have a few random ingredients left over that they haven't thought about using up for a while? And this is how my fruity flapjacks recipe was born.

Trying this recipe for the first time. The flapjacks are in the oven as I type! I had been searching for a fruity flapjack and this piqued my interest as it didn't melt the sugar with butter and golden syrup. Highly unusual. Was this a mistake Vikkie? Well I guess I will soon find out being the first to comment lol. Will update with the baking result:-)

Made these and they were absolutely delicious 😋 so easy to do! There's just one MAJOR problem- they were eaten by everyone so quickly, I had to make 2 more batches!!
